Everyone has a data window, there are two fields, both have vertical bar, now the problem is the progress bar field 1 again after I pulled to a location field for 2 field 1 after the progress bar will automatically run to the top, to achieve now click on one of the field the position of the progress bar stays the same, if handled?

Fields within the data window there is no way to control the scroll bar, you can try using the multi-line editor
