lst is a list containing list of filenames. Filename consist of datetime_score_area.png. From the list I have to find the first and second highest score of a file and print it. With above code I am able to print the highest filename but not sure how to find the second highest filename. Can anyone please help. ?

Write a function that isolates the score and converts to int. You can then use this as the key to sorted() as follows:

You could use a lambda expression for the key but this is my preference

If "highest" means alphabetical, a simple sort would suffice:

lst.sort(reverse=True)
print(lst[0]) # highest
print(lst[1]) # second highest

We split lst to con list then sorted and get first 2 value.
