Hello: now I have downloaded tds_fdw2. 0, but I don't know how to CREATE an extended the CREATE the EXTENSION tds_fdw; I mean the download tds_fdw files in how to dock with the pg environment, and can perform create an extension? Is copy (copy)? Installed, or how (if installed)?
I want to realize the PGSQL access is essentially data, thank you!
