Recently in install Oracle + EM, background information is as follows:
Oracle version: enterprise edition 11.2.0

EM database configuration, start the EM:
Emctl start dbconsole, can normal boot;

Emctl status dbconsole found the following error message:
EM daemon is not running;

Look up a lot of posts, all time zone setting of TZ has a problem,
So I manually modify the emd. The properties of agentTZRegion=Asia/Shanghai;
The dbconsole restart, but the status dbconsole or reported the same problem,
Run the command: emctl resetTZ agent, always prompt: the agent is running. Stop it first and rerun this command.
But I run the command: emctl stop agent, tip without this command;

After I run the command emctl config agent updateTZ, found that the emd. Inside the properties of parameter change back to the "PRC",

So I want to ask for a large coffee:
1. No emctl stop agent this command, the emctl resetTZ agent how to run the command?
2. Run after updateTZ, why changed back to PRC? My system time zone, through tzselect has set into Asia/Shanghai, PRC this value come from?
3. EM deamon is not running the problem how to solution? EM won't be able to login,
