As for NT Service, it is not very good, in a Shared directory add Shared users when you can directly enter
But set the folder permissions, you can set the NETWORK SERVICE to the frontal folder access rights, it contains all accounts under NT SERVICE series,
Or directly add NETWORK SERVICE to a user group, and then add user group permissions for this folder
