I downloaded a pb development system, used in PFM. Db database file, but I use the SQL anywhere in pb12 open has the following error message:
Unable to start the database, D: \ eamilsoft \ RSGL \ PFM DB founded by another version of the software, must rebuild the database, can be used with SQL Anywhere 11,

May PFM. Db is SQL anywhere version created high, generally it is compatible with low down version created database, try to find a high version of the SQL anywhere
