Two of the problem, can use the Word tip:

(1) set up different parity page header;

(2) insert in the header field;

A train of thought

1) insert the header - (2) check the parity different page - (3) in the odd page header position insert domain -> insert (4) in the even page header position domain;



The detailed steps

1) menu select "insert" - "header" - select a header style;

(2) menu select "insert" - "document parts" - the "domain";

(3) domain category select "StyleRef" - style name selected title 1 (chapter title);

(4) locating the even pages in the Word, double click on the header position, the same as above steps, insert domain, style name select title 2 (section headings);
