This few days learning oracle meet the transaction abort a few problems, the Internet a lot, always not sure, please help teachers say,

1. If the LAN, ADO connection oracle, open the transaction to add 5000 data, when added to article 2500, Internet cable is broken, can't submit, so will produce a deadlock in the oracle? If not, the oracle automatically rolled back?

2. Internet use stored procedures has said, put break the exceptions such as in the stored procedure to capture rolled back, after do this feasible?

3. If written stored procedure, ADO I write client 5000 data submitted, how to write? Just give a train of thought,
