I have such a problem: I had windows 10, then I made a bootable ubuntu flash drive, tried to install ubuntu myself in the blind and demolished Windows by an unknown error. now I have an empty computer. I wanted to re-install ubuntu, but grub loading crashed and it loaded endlesslyenter image description here

CodePudding user response:

you may still have ubuntu on your computer, it just isn't booting it by default. try entering boot setup menu and check if ubuntu option is first. And you should be able to boot it normally.

Other problem you may have is you didn't create another efi file to boot from it or you didnt select the one you have to put ubunt on it.

CodePudding user response:

Your computer has not detected the flash drive or maybe the flash drive has not been made bootable correctly. Try to use rufus and flash the ubuntu ISO to the drive
