Since it is agreement is nothing but a pile of byte [] which bytes represent what mean parsing is not itself off line?

HL7 format is quite silly, but can't, can only be silly follow standard string parsing, but specific to a particular medical instrument, the number of message format involves generally will not be too exaggerated,
