Some data may be at the same time or modify Web API and SignalR, think excuse me concrete ideas how to do?

Before may use global variables to match the global lock to use, but Net Core useful Ioc,
I think if I can register a Service, Web API and SignalR to access this Service,
So the Service must be registered for Singleton...
