I have a LAMP web server with a dedicated IP and multiple domains pointing to it. It works 99% of the time except on a specific network.
It was up for them yesterday all day and today until about an hour ago. It is still up for everyone else. If they use their phone's cellular network, they can still get to the website. It's specifically their network that intermittently stops working.
What would cause this ? I am thinking there is either a misconfiguration on my end, or some kind of block on their end, but I have no idea why it would be intermittent or what kind of issues even can be intermittent.
Their network admin suggests it's a DNS issue on my end, but I can't see any issues in my setup and I'm not aware of any issues that would only show up on a specific network, sometimes.
Any direction in how to solve this would be appreciated !
