The local project you can directly F5 to come, IIS it don't need to configure, VS will automatically call IIS Express open the web site

Is not the problem, I have multiple projects, under the solution when debugging are designated local IIS has tie up the port, IIS will points many port and then with local pull not top relation

Choose the folder on your production copy on the server, and then create web site using IIS, point to your server folder
