Design window, select your control, and set the Anchor (Anchor) property, to the left, and right are checked,

Form is edge, the edge depends on the size of the operating system type, style, etc., thus to actual use area (Client) is not fixed, you can use the Anchor set the alignment of the control, or use the Dock Dock property is set, by the system to determine the size of the runtime,
