I am using JUnit, MockMvc, SpyBean and Captor to test a method that saves a new Drone object in the repository. The method is this:

I dont understand this error because I defined "consumes" and "produces" on the @PostMapping as "application/json".
Update
The problem was that I was getting an Unauthorized response on the test requisition because I forgot that my application has a security protection.
To solve that I used @WithMockUser(username = "foo") on the test and it passed as expected.

- Move the http status assertion before content type assertion
- This way more general assertion (Am I getting a 200-Ok response) is checked before more specific one (details of the response)
This change in test allowed to uncover the problem - the response is a 401-Unauthorized
