Don't know how to use, is there anyone about using git document recommended in visual studio 2017??

I want to ask, is first in "changes" need to upload file is set to "Staged changes", then click on "Commit Staged"



Then from the "Sync" choose "Outgoing Commits - Push"



Whether these two operation excuse me?
