Heard that the recent win10 to thoroughly remove flash,,, even the API to be deleted after,,,,

I do c # desktop applications useful to shockwaveFlash plug-in, although I did not use the browser, but still will have an impact on my program?? If there is how to avoid?
Because like shockwaveFlash call is flash activex...
