CentOS 7 modified kernel parameter values

Time:03-22

I want to modify the kernel parameters, is divided into two parts:
1) part 1 is a network related, such as
Net. Ipv6. Conf. All. Disable_ipv6=1
Net. Ipv6. Conf. Default. Disable_ipv6=1
2) the second part is related to memory, such as
The kernel, shmmax=68719476736
The kernel. Shmall=4294967296

I found the/etc/sysctl. D/99 - sysctl. Conf is/etc/sysctl. A soft link the conf file;
So:
1) my new file/etc/sysctl. D/00 - system. The conf, the first part is the network associated with the file;
2) I modified/etc/sysctl. Conf file, the second part is put in the file memory related;

I do this, ok?
