Four years later fill out my this pit, then why this problem:
1. Ubuntu close an opportunity for hard disk self-checking, every time I will visit the Windows disk data in Ubuntu, however is a mechanical Windows there was a piece of dish, so lead to special slow,
2. Background on Ubuntu shutdown time apt update inspection update itself, this also leads to the Ubuntu shut down slowly,

The best way to solve this problem, all to replace hard disk with solid, shutdown before mount drive that are relevant to all Windows,
