Determine the local server can use IE browser or resource manager visit: ftp://xx.xx.xx.xx:24/, and use the new account login and access to a folder, illustrate the service side there is no problem,
The Windows 7 client can try to update the IE browser or using Chrome, can also use third-party FTP client software,
