That 100% is not the whole installation progress, but a step of progress, the file is not copied in the past, so the installation fails, try again, again according to the instructions,

This installation is wrong, your picture is pure DOS system applied in copy pictures or DOS window but made a mistake, personal suggest you use a usb line, if you can you change the U disk to start the software, you may not use, with a more fool
