New HP shadow elf card in Microsoft login after 5 plus reset system. Found this to be win10 endemic, as follows

1803 version uninstall KB4516058, 1809 version uninstall KB4512578, 1903 version uninstall KB4515384
Uninstall the updated directly to restart
