No more specific error, see err. The Description? Or, directly into the directory below and see any related documents, if any, directly under the registered try again (may need to open a command line window as an administrator, run the regsvr32 again... )? My is xp/sp3, file is C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Microsoft Shared \ researched \ sapi DLL,
