I recently also is the problem, I not only pycharm accept protocol interface card, I when installing the WPS, so unable to reinstall the system, then can use, but after I cracked the same problem again, entered the pycharm is stuck, I estimate is crack problem, don't know if you now have to solve this problem

After a few days to search found the solution: uninstall the sogou input method and fcitx input method
For reasons unknown, speculation is jetbrains products and the ime has compatibility conflicts, I installed successfully in after unloading the sogou and fcitx pycharm and be able to run normally
