I am in the client creates a test file

I command on the client side
Rsync - azv - progress - password - file=/etc/rsync. Password/home/test/dome. TXT [email protected]: : test

The service side appeared the file

There appeared the only difference is
Inconsistent file belongs to the user and user group

On my two machines all have the test users, and it belongs to the test group, why there will be a sync users and user groups, the problem how to solve the
