Useradd oinstall - g - g dba, asmdba oracle - d/home/oracle
Before this one have been execute the following command
Groupadd oinstall
Groupadd dba
Groupadd asmadmin
Groupadd asmdba
What I'm concerned about most is the first code - d before oracle is what mean
