When installing a metis5.0.2, need to install GNU make and CMake 2.8, I was under the Windows installation, cmake2, and 8 have installed, also installed MinGW, but no makefile WinGW, so I want to ask the GNU make exactly how to install? If you can, please give me a metis full installation tutorial, or directly says the GNU make installation steps can also, big thanks!!!
