SUSE12.4 currently operating system, it is do system pressure test, has the following problems:
1. A high CPU usage, including user CPU stand 80%, system CPU 20%
2. The disk IO no pressure

Ask what are the ways to view the user CPU more reason, tried to use flame figure, but figure out flames are unknow,
Vmstat view to switch system is normal, memory also within the scope of use,

And then see what is in the process of thread?
