Server2008, port is occupied by a process, but can not find the process, what circumstance?
Port 8899 as shown in figure, my show is a process of pid is 600, but with taskkill shut the process shows "not found", also from the task manager didn't have the processes of 600? System is server2008, ask for help!

What do you use management account into the system?
Don't filter
Netstat all output directly
