1. Delete the C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Excel \ XLSTART \ all the files under the
2. Delete the *. XLB file, the method is: close excel - start - search - input "*. XLB" - search out the files to delete it, restart the excel, (note that delete *. XLB file will also delete all the toolbars and menu bar custom Settings!

Application.com mandbars (" cell ".) enabled=true

Then press enter to see if the problem is solved
