2008 share permissions

Time:09-29

2008 R2 (has joined A domain) the Shared folder, in advanced sharing Settings for A single set of full control permissions only read access (Everyone), now in the group user A and B can write/delete files created, but cannot change/remove B created files, and vice versa,
Excuse me, how to set up to make A and B can change each other to create A file?

CodePudding user response:

Add that the A and B are all belong to the Domain Users

CodePudding user response:

Shared recommended mode to build, don't do individual permissions to a Shared folder to control, if more people, a day busy to death, for group directly, permissions only need to control group,

CodePudding user response:

A and B belong to the Domain Users, which means A and B file can change each other, see, the need for A and B group configuration to modify permissions can be, don't know how to configure the original poster is NTFS permissions, in A Shared authority where direct configuration completely, on this side of NTFS permissions control, speaking, reading and writing,

CodePudding user response:

It is like this:
A and B group, the same permissions
Shared A folder on the server, the Everyone read only, for A and B in the control group, NTFS permissions for configuration,
Use A and B can be found out on the Shared folder write operations, can also see each other to create the file, but can't change/remove each other to create A file,

CodePudding user response:

Was later found in the configuration environment, add to A and B in NTFS permissions set full control permissions, A and B can change/delete files created by the other

CodePudding user response:

A and B are "full control permissions" has to be assigned to just go
