Outlook2016 found when using very strange questions, when I received a letter to my email (in each other's written in the email, the recipient's email address), I have, I choose all reply, I found my own mailbox appeared in the recipient column, the problem is not all of the mail, but a part of the email, but never happened before, excuse me everybody, this is what circumstance? Is there a solution?

The email account name and the name of the user name is set to try exactly the same
