Cengxu directory is not executable, want to run your program into the first directory before running

CD cengxu
Run the executable file

Under any CMD window, if you want to execute a program, the system user variables within the column should add the relevant directory path, for example:
Path=e: \ cengxu

Ps: cengxu refers to the process? If it is spelling should be chengxu
