Why after I installed the centos6.10, under the root user can not find the bin, lib directory?

Simply does not exist the directory under root directory, unless you create your own, you said these are under the root directory, you should be looking for under the root directory,
You can try the following:
CD/
Ls bin
Ls lib

Format to write wrong! CD CD/lib/bin your current working directory is a desktop, not the root directory

Is your directory root or desktop you know yourself,

You this is the current directory in the desktop (desktop) under your PWD to see under the current directory then try CD to/in ls
