Linux I node

Time:10-04

I nodes under the Linux is full, but I don't have full disk space, this time can modify existing file?

CodePudding user response:

Should can't, because when you change will be a hidden files, such as VI or VIM or one more hidden. Swap file, and after you modify should change into the hidden files I node, then you don't have a new I node to the new swap file,

CodePudding user response:

Your head to your/TMP directory of temporary files to delete some useless, or find some 0 bytes of file deletion can make to a node I give you modify the file

CodePudding user response:

Even if you use the sed command changes also not line, because the sed command also generates a temporary file
