May be is grub EFI didn't pack good,Suggest try to start the u disk into the installation system, under the terminal input
Sudo grub - install, efi - directory=/boot/efi/dev/SDB # SDB is hard disk corresponding equipment

By the way, if the building machine is 64 efi hard disk, in the grub install command - need -- target=x86_64 - efi
