The command is
tasklist/s \ \ 192.168.0.1/u user/pw p

CMD command line throw an error "warning: user credentials cannot be used for local connection", and shows the local process, rather than the process of the remote machine.
Try to use another Windows 7 using the same command to connect the target, everything was normal.
