HTTP request data interface WinHttpSendRequest fails, return error code 12175,

After tried "WinHttpOpenRequest in hRequest set several marks a", but the problem is not solved,

Then call WinHttpSetStatusCallback interface to get WINHTTP_STATUS_CALLBACK WINHTTP_INVALID_STATUS_CALLBACK, get the error code: 12019

Note: change the problem appeared on the 14393 version win10 system; 10240 version win10 system, Windows 7 does not exist the problem on
