First: the client perform gpresult/h C: \ r.h. HTML, see if there are any errors, a lot of information inside, see
If still can't find reason (many) can be found, logging into the system, there will be some inside information

In general, there are several possible reasons for:
1, set up a Shared folder, open permissions error
2, or path error
3, the Shared folder inside need to set up all kinds of the default folder
4, set the roaming function, is not a simple set up this one, please find the information, the system of study, make a checklist
