This directory should be Windows 7 and later version of the recycle bin, through see hints of those files, recycle bin function may be by removing function of these files are not normal to enter the directory,
Can try "command line window" called "running" CMD. Exe open a black background text mode window, D: return to D: disc, CD $. Recycle bin can access to the directory, dir/a to view the directory or file, dir * rar/a/s can list all the rar file, including the subdirectory,
