You this should be a file is too large, the u disk is fat32 format, the biggest can save 4 g a single file, so ultraiso will u disk format to NTFS, but syslinux can only write the fat32 format, error, I met, haven't solve it, if you have the solution, please reply me, thanks a lot

Format the U disk into FAT32 first, and then do the startup disk, then install the wim actually didn't write to U disk, U disk with the convert command to NTFS, then put the wim can be copied to the U disk
