Was solved by myself, wmi: Select ID, ApplicationId, PartialProductKey, Description, Name, LicenseStatus, LicenseStatusReason, ProductKeyID, GracePeriodRemaining from OfficeSoftwareProtectionProduct

LicenseStatus=0 inactive, LicenseStatus=1 activation
