Java does not know, c + + with vim editor g + + compiler, python can also use vim

Install vscode
Install a compiler, interpreter

Configuration is very simple, but personally think vscode suit to write markup language, such as HTML, CSS, etc., you write the language there are a lot of subsequent problems, very trouble, but is not so stable
