Imread/lib/_jpeg. CPP (10) : fatal error C1083: always open include file: 'jpeglib. H: No to the file or directory
Error: the command 'C: \ \ Program Files \ \ Microsoft Visual Studio (x86) 14.0 \ \ VC \ \ BIN \ \ cl exe' failed with the exit status 2

You should install the imageio, PIP install -u imageio
In your python file, add a statement like this from imageio import imread,
