After initialization:/usr/PGSQL - 13/bin/postgresql - 13 - the setup initdb
You don't succeed: the Initializing the database... Behind not prompt OK
Open service systemctl start postgresql - 13
Tip: the Job for postgresql - 13. The service failed because the control process exited with the error code. See "systemctl status postgresql - 13. Service" and "journalctl - xe" for details.


I also raised the permissions: chmod 777/usr/PGSQL - 13/bin/postgresql - 13 - the setup

But the initialization is not success
