[question] under before a version of Endnote which version (I forgot), then install X9, plug-in can not be in the word and the literature in the X9 match, can't insert citation
I figure is bad to use Endnote is two picture, before is normal after two
[because] because visual version are not compatible, there is no Cwyw and MS Office add-in Citation Recognizer

Also please teach a great god, is there any solution?
