See the c + + primer, it can be seen that minimum addressable memory space is quite different from the basic unit of storage,
The basic unit of the storage, known as the memory word,
Memory word is the same number of digits with the cable in the storage root,
This means that the memory in the data, is stored in a memory word a word take,
That is, memory word is the unit of data memory access (minimum size),
The minimum addressable memory space is what mean?
I should have been a mistake, a concept is addressable and access is not equivalent, a memory block has its own address, I can put it out, but not representative said, when I take just take it so a piece of memory blocks, namely, took the data storage, take out a memory word, and then we can chose a byte memory word inside (the so-called addressable), but can't pick a smaller bit (because no address, the smallest, the so-called)
