Made a tps65133 chip input voltage is 4 V output of plus or minus 5 V voltage conversion module, according to the chip manual recommended circuit structures, but the test output is about + 4.8 V and 4.8 V, the chip fever severely (hot), with and without load conditions are the same, the circuit is not made of PCB, is directly leads to the chip with copper wire pin welding peripheral capacitance and inductance, and during chip pins distance is about 1 cm, usually serious fever what reason be?

4 V to 4.8 V belongs to boost circuit, it is recommended that you learn the boost circuit design points, general description, so it is difficult to explain

This is my TPS65133 circuit + 5 v input voltage, output voltage + 5 v, no-load current of 10 ma (range from 9-12 ma), no fever,
You can consult, or see where there is a short, suggest or on the PCB board is more reliable operation, and hope to be of some help!!!!!!
