New turn about VScode unable to import the third-party modules

Last night when writing programs in vscode changed foolishly in configuration, the result can't import right now already installed third-party modules, uninstall reshipment also not line,

Your module should be not installed to venv vscode find so, open a new terminal, vscdoe will automatically activate the virtual environment, which is in front of a (venv) prompt, and then use PIP will be installed to the virtual environment
