In a dependent OSPF, remember every router is notification router, it leave their link-state database notices to DR, DR notice to other routers, not DR router is not notice each other between link-state database, the aim is to reduce the link announcement of consumption,
The broadcasting network are mostly peer-to-peer networks, specific notification method can't remember too clear, you see.
